I have been working with the team at Go West for around 3 years now for pharmaceutical clients attending international events across the USA. They are always professional, deliver excellent results, are prompt in replying and can be flexible when needed. As we work with them regularly the team really understand what we and our clients are looking for. They are familiar with the official rules and regulations that apply so are always compliant. In addition, they have assisted me with incentives and I have found them to be creative and imaginative when offering activities, hotels and restaurants for the program. They always offer several options so we can tailor to the client’s needs and give them choices. They will liaise with hotels, restaurants and transport companies on my behalf and that makes life a lot easier for me only having just one person to deal. I would highly recommend the Go West Team for any conference or incentive requirements you have and I look forward to working with them on future projects.
