What is an interesting fact about Hạ Long Bay?
"It has been named a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site twice already. First in 1994, then in 2000. Did you know that some scenes of Kong, the movie, include scenes from this bay? Cool, right?"
If I'm not already on a tour, do I have to choose the 2 days, 1-night package?
"Certainly not. For those not wanting to sleep over, there are multiple-day cruise options which include pick-up from your hotel. For those wanting more cruise time; a 3 days, 2 nights option exists."
What else is offered on this cruise experience?
"You'll find there's time for plenty of rest despite the many activities offered: ocean kayaking & swimming, happy hour, cooking demo, fishing lessons, morning tai chi session, and 1 shore excursion."
Are there any shore excursions?
"Yes, there are. Thankfully, you do not remain on board for the entire duration. Our cruise took us to Cát Bà Island where we drove through the villages and explored the Trung Trang Caves. "
