Its proximity, just a 10-minute drive from the park's main gates, provided quick and easy access to the natural splendors awaiting us. The staff’s thoughtful practice of remembering our room number at meal times brought a personal touch that made our experience even more special.

Our journey with our guide, affectionately known as 'Black Santa,' was nothing short of exceptional. 'Black Santa' was attentive to our needs, whether it was organizing breaks, catering to our culinary preferences, or ensuring we captured picturesque moments. His flexibility was appreciated by our group and added to the overall enjoyment of the trip. However, we encountered a minor issue with the entrance fee payment process for the lake, which only accepted transactions through an app. Despite several attempts with different cards, we couldn't make the payment, leading to some frustration. Thankfully, our guide stepped in and established a direct link with the manager to resolve the payment swiftly. This incident shed light on the need for improvements in the government payment system. Despite this hiccup, our overall experience exceeded expectations. The optional boat excursion was particularly enchanting, providing close encounters with diverse wildlife and serving as a perfect conclusion to an extraordinary day.
