Highlights
Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi Arrival (-/-/D)
Welcome to Kenya! Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be welcomed and met by a representative and chauffeured to your hotel in Nairobi: The Hemingways Nairobi. Kenyas capital and the tech hub of Africa, with a national park spread beneath its skyscrapers, Nairobi is unique. Well whisk you away from the hubbub to Hemingways, a sumptuous haven of calm, built on an old coffee plantation at the foot of the Ngong Hills. Its ideally placed for exploring – perhaps to feed the inmates at the Giraffe Centre, meet orphaned elephants at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust or visit the Karen Blixen Museum. Or you might simply feel like relaxing on site, where you can wander the bird-filled gardens, dip in the pool, take afternoon tea on the terrace or sip cocktails in the Hemingways bar.

Day 2: Nairobi — Amboseli National Park (B/L/D)
Following breakfast and your safari briefing, you depart to Nairobis Wilson Airport. Fly by the exclusive Sky Safari aeroplane to Amboseli National Park. You are met on arrival by the camps vehicle and provided a shared game drive en route to the camp arriving for lunch. After some time to enjoy the camps facilities, you have a shared afternoon game drive. Amboseli is Africa at its most iconic. This vastness of open plains, swampland, thorn bush and fever trees unfurl below snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, the worlds highest freestanding peak and an unrivalled safari backdrop. And what a safari: part of a two-million-acre ecosystem, crossing from Kenya into Tanzania, Amboseli is one of the best wildlife-viewing locations around. Most notable are its 100-strong herds of elephants – including big old tuskers – but theres an abundance of other species too, from buffalo and hyena to lion and cheetah as well as over 600 types of birds. Then return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Overnight in Amboseli

Day 7: Loisaba Conservancy - Masai Mara Reserve (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the camp, you game view en route to Loisaba airstrip. Fly by Sky Safari aircraft to Masai Mara National Reserve. Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant than the magnificent Masai Mara. Creatures galore roam these sweeping, acacia-dotted plains. And while the seasonal migration of two million wildebeest, zebra and gazelle crossing from the Serengeti is one of Mother Natures greatest spectacles, the profusion of wildlife here – from 450 species of bird to the Big Five – makes it one of the best safari spots year-round. You are met on arrival by the camps vehicle and provided a shared game drive en route to the camp arriving for lunch. After some time to enjoy the camps facilities, you have a shared afternoon game drive ending with sundowners in the bush. Then return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Overnight in Masai Mara
Day 8: Masai Mara National Reserve (B/L/D)
Enjoy a filling and delicious breakfast before you head out for a full day of game viewing in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The Masai Mara is known for its astounding numbers of wildlife, home to both resident and transient populations of lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, and elephants (to name a few). These vast and fertile plains are dense with game for you to spot. Learn about the wildlife with your local and experienced guides and enjoy a picnic-style lunch during your game drive. You will also stop at an authentic Masai Village to interact with, meet, and learn about the local customs and culture of this incredible tribe. The Masai are proud, semi-nomadic, cattle-rearing people with a fascinating culture to explore. The Masai are an ever-present reminder of the history and cultural heritage of this sublime and enigmatic landscape and will surely leave you with a lasting impression. Then return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
