Day 1: Madrid Arrival
Welcome to Madrid! Upon arrival at Madrid International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel where you will be welcomed with a drink.

Day 2: Madrid (B/-/-)
Today you will explore the medieval origins of Madrid with a city tour. See the Arabic fortress at the Barrio de la Morería, the court of the Hapsburgs with Philip II, its Renaissance and Baroque buildings in the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and the Plaza de la Villa. Discover the Madrid of the Bourbons and the urban design of Charles III, the Royal Palace, the Cibeles and Neptuno Fountains, and Alcalá Gate. Admire the buildings from the 19th century such as the elegant Plaza de Oriente and the Prado Museum. Get to know modern-day Madrid with trips to the Gran Via, Paseo de la Castellana, Barrio de la Castellana, Barrio de Salamanca, Plaza de Castilla, Parque del Oeste, Las Ventas Bullring, shopping districts, and the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. This tour will make a stop along the way at the Hard Rock Café for a refreshment. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

Day 3: Madrid – Caceres – Cordoba (B/-/-)
After a delicious breakfast, you will depart your hotel at 7:30 AM to Caceres, a UNESCO World Heritage Site thanks to the citys fascinating blend of Roman, Islamic, Northern Gothic, and Italian Renaissance architecture. Head on a walk through the Plaza Mayor and explore the Old Town with its famous Medieval Quarter. From there, you will continue your journey towards Cordoba, once the capital of the Caliphate.

Day 4: Cordoba – Seville (B/-/-)
After breakfast, you will join our impressive tour of the Cordoba Mosque and other fascinating sites which will ease your mind and spirit as you stroll through the narrow winding streets of the Jewish Quarter. In the afternoon, after a short two-hour ride, you will reach Seville.

Day 5: Seville (B/-/-)
Head on a morning panoramic tour of the city visiting the exterior of the Cathedral (the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peters in Rome), the Santa Cruz Quarter (a natural scenario of “Carmen” and precisely where the myth of “Don Juan” developed), Maria Luisa Park, and Plaza de España. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure to discover the exclusive views and flavors of this city which is full of light!

Day 6: Seville – Ronda – Costa Del Sol (B/-/-)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive south passing by the typical villages of Spain. Reach Ronda and enjoy free time to explore this town of Celtic origin and admire the magnificent views of the valley and mountain range. In the afternoon, you will continue your tour to Costa del Sol, one of the most modern and significant international tourist areas.

Day 7: Costa Del Sol – Granada (B/-/-)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will depart towards the city of Granada and discover the incredible monumental environment, the last stronghold of the Moorish Kingdoms up until 1492. You will visit the world-famous Alhambra complex and Generalife Gardens which have inspired several authors with its sound and sights, such as the “Tales of the Alhambra” by W. Irving. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 8: Granada – Toledo – Madrid (B/-/-)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive north towards the sky of Castilla and explore the imperial city of Toledo, a World Heritage City surrounded by the Tagus River. Toledo is known as the City of Three Cultures where Christians, Moorish, and Jewish combine. With its fascinating Spanish art, rich history, and strong spirituality, the entire town is a National Monument. From there, you will head on a short, guided tour of the old town wandering through the narrow streets. Then proceed with a visit to a famous “Damasquinado” (a gold and silver inlaying in iron) factory. Then you will continue to Madrid where you will be dropped off at your hotel.

Day 9: Madrid – Usa/Canada (B/-/-)
Today you will be transferred back to Madrid International Airport for your flight home.

Our e-document package includes all local contact details, daily itinerary, airline e-ticket information, service vouchers, and travel tips which should be everything you require to go on your trip.

If I need one, who is responsible to obtain my visa?
You are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documents for the destinations on your itinerary, including having a passport that is valid for at least 6 months before the date of departure and a visa if required. Please check the Visa section in the Know Before You Go document for the countries you will be visiting.

Do you operate a “single share” option and how does it work?
No, not as standard. Solo travellers can book and occupy their own room for a supplement.

What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?
Changes to an existing reservation up to the Final Payment Date, whatever the cause, will incur a $100 per person amendment fee, potential loss of any supplier fees (such as non-refundable event tickets, park permits, and sea cruise reservations) plus any costs for replacement services. On/ after the Final Payment Date, the $100 change fee is no longer valid, instead cancellations terms apply.
