In this tour get the best of both worlds, the hustle and bustle of a crowded capital city and the serenity and glamour of a beach, blended perfectly with the simplicity of a green rural landscape. Your tour will start at Ho Chi Minh City where you would discover and appreciate the colonial architecture of past eras and visit the war relics like the tunnels of Cu Chi. Next, you will drive 125 Km South to the mall beach town ho Tram. You will enjoy various activities on the beach and leisurely excursions to the surroundings for the next 5 days before returning to Saigon Airport and fly to Siem Reap where you will visit the wonderful Temples of Angkor Wat in one of the most important archaeological sites of Southeast Asia.
Itinerary
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival
Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City. Located in southeastern Vietnam, the metropolis surrounds the Saigon River covering about 2,061 square kilometers. The city has been named after the leader ‘Ho Chi Minh who was also the first leader of North Vietnam. With the city being the home to Ho Chi Minh stock exchange, the financial center of Vietnam is certainly in this place. Colonized by France and Spain in 1859 and ceded to France by the 1862 Treaty of Saigon, the city was influenced by the French during their colonization of Vietnam, and a number of classical Western-style buildings and French villas in the city reflect this. Upon arrival at Ho Chi Minh International airport, you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel.

Savor a delicious breakfast and enjoy your day at leisure. There are plenty of memorable things to do in Ho Chi Minh City. Day 3: Ho Chi Minh - Ho Tram Beach (B/-/-)
After having your breakfast, find your own way to the meeting point to take the shuttle bus that would take you to Ho Tram Beach after 2 hours of travel. Ho Tram Beach, set within the Ba Ria, Vung Tau Province, boasts 10 kilometers of unspoiled waters, fine sand and palm trees. The beach offers a wide range of accommodation options with expansive views of the East Sea, and thatched seafood restaurants close to the Ho Tram fishing village. Spend the rest of the day at leisure enjoying optional tours and activities on the beach.

Day 8: Ho Tram - Ho Chi Minh - Siem Reap (B/-/-)
This morning make your way to the shuttle pick up point for the transfer back to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, you will have a private transfer to Ho Chi Minh International Airport for your flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia. On arrival in Siem Reap, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 9: Siem Reap (B/-/-)
After breakfast at the hotel, spend the morning visiting the ancient capital of Angkor Thom, a walled temple complex dating back to the 12th century. See the South Gate, the main entrance with huge statues depicting the ocean and visit Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with more than 200 large smiling faces of Avalokitesvara. Then visit Phimeanakas, a Hindu temple in the Khleang style, built at the end of the 10th century followed by a visit to the Royal Enclosure temple. Finally, you will discover the Elephant Terrace, which was used by Angkor's king Jayavarman VII as a platform to view his victorious returning armies and the Terrace of the Leper King known for its modern name that derives from 15th-century sculpture discovered at the site that depicts the Hindu god Yama, the god of death.
This afternoon visit Angkor Wat Temple, Cambodia's ancient temple is one of the wonders of the Oriental world. Masterpieces of decorative details as well as of architectural style, its awe-inspiring ruins survive as a testament to the spectacular achievements of South East Asia's greatest civilization. It is a replica of Universe according to the Hindu Mythology. It is composed of the Mount Meru surrounded by the continents and Oceans. Its extraordinary bas-reliefs describe some Khmer epics and myths. Angkor Wat's five famous towers rise into the sky, a geometrical arrangement of numerous galleries, adorned with beliefs and the stone images of celestial Apsara dancers as well as portals, chambers, and courtyards. Last, visit Pre Rup that was built in the 10th Century by Rajendravarman and enjoy Sunset here.

Note: The upper level of Bayon temple is closed for renovation. The ground parts remain open as usual. Guests will still be able to visit Bayon Temple at the lower level as well as all the other temples of Angkor as per the program.
Day 10: Siem Reap - Usa (B/-/-)
This morning start the day with a visit to Ta Prohm Temple in the jungle of Siem Reap to observe the battle between mother nature and the architecture of the temple. Followed by that we will also visit Preah Khan, a temple built in the 12th century for King Jayavarman VII to honor his father. Also visit an artificial island Neak Pean having a Buddhist temple on a circular island that was associated with Preah Khan temple, built during the reign of King Jayavarman VII.
After your tour, you will be transferred back to Siem Reap International Airport for your return flight home.

Changes to an existing reservation up to the Final Payment Date, whatever the cause, will incur a $100 per person amendment fee, potential loss of any supplier fees (such as non-refundable event tickets, park permits, and sea cruise reservations) plus any costs for replacement services. On/ after the Final Payment Date, the $100 change fee is no longer valid, instead cancellations terms apply.
